“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
Hi, I’m Tina!
Moore Median Mentoring grew out of my own lived experience supporting someone I love through intense emotional struggles. I tried to fix it, but my well-meaning reactions often made things harder. That realization changed everything: I couldn’t control their emotions, but I could learn to manage my own response.
I began my learning journey with the National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEABPD), where I volunteered, became a staff member, and eventually led the Family Connections™ program. That’s where I was first introduced to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—an evidence-based approach that teaches practical tools for managing emotions, building healthier relationships, and staying grounded in the middle of emotional intensity.
Since then, I’ve continued growing and deepening my understanding. I took what I learned and found my way to the median—my own personal safe space. It’s where I pause, reflect, and reconnect—with myself and with the people around me. These tools have changed how I show up—in my family, my friendships, and my work.
Now, I help others create that space too and move from reactivity to resilience—using real-life tools, emotional insight, and (if you're open to it) the power of AI.
Your journey to peace starts here. Let’s meet in the median and take that step together.
